Your Family Pass terms
- You'll be charged $200 today and $200 every month on the same day, until you cancel.
- While your Pass is active, sessions are $17 for 15 minutes, $20 for 20 minutes and $25 for 30 minutes. Up to 15 sessions per month. Unused sessions don't roll over.
- The 15 sessions are shared by up to 5 people who live in your home. Each adult signs our waiver, and parents sign for their children.
- Kids of any age are welcome at their parents' discretion. A parent or guardian must be with anyone under 18. For younger children, we recommend checking with your doctor first.
- For now, book by calling or texting us with who's coming.
- Cancel anytime online at starlighthavenllc.com/members, or call or text (385) 899-3171. Cancelling stops future charges.
